1. Support Desk (Recommended)
   Our account control panel has a dedicated support desk that allows us manage and reply to support requests in a fast and efficient manner.

   TIP: Check your signup email for login details or request a password reset from the login screen
   
   In addition, the support desk allows you to view your support ticket history which can be useful for recurring issues or finding details.
   
   
2. Live Support
   Live support, which allows you to chat to a support representative online is available by clicking on the "Live Support box to the bottom right of this page.
