| Support & Assistance: Setting up WorldPay
WorldPay is one of the most common payment processors used in xcart for Irish based businesses.
Before we start: You will need either your WorldPay installation ID and WorldPay admin panel login details as provided by Worldpay.
In the WorldPay admin panel: Once logged in, scroll down to the "Installations" at the bottom of the home page. Click "Configuration Options" for the installation you will be using. The following values should be set: Callback URL: http://www.yourdomainname.com/xcartdirectory/payment/cc_worldpay.php eg: if your domain name is cloch.com and the xcart system is located in a directory called xcart, the url would be http://www.cloch.com/xcart/payment/cc_worldpay.php Call back enabled: should be checked Use callback response: checked Callback suspended: unchecked Callback failure count: should be 0 Callback Failure Alert email address: address of yourself or the site administrator
Save the above values. We are now ready to set up the store.
In Xcart - Login to the xcart store admin section - On the left side navigation bar of the admin section, click on "CC/ACH processing". - Select Worldpay for Credit Card - Click continue For "Instance ID", you need the Worldpay Installation ID. This is not the same as the company ID. There can be more than one installation (configuration) of Wordplay per account. You can see a list of installations at the bottom of the homepage in the Worldpay Control Panel (http://support.worldpay.com/admin/index.html).
- Default currency to Euro - Test/Live mode: Initially set to test:approved for testing - Order prefix: can be anything. Recommend a short 3-4 letter word to allow you tell where the orders have come from
- Once you are satisfied it is working correctly, you can set it to "Live" mode.
