| Support & Assistance: Forwarding Email
In order to forward emails being sent to an account on our systems to another email address, you will need to do the following:
Log on to the user control panel. This is located at http://www.yourdomainname.ie/user (replace yourdomainname.ie with your own domain name, eg: if your account was tom@cloch.com, the url would be www.cloch.com/user).
If any warnings pop up, just click ok, this is normal.
Login using your username and password. Your username will be the bit before the @ in your email address.
Once logged in, click on the "Email" link on the left hand side.
A new page will load titled "Email Manager". Underneath this text will be a number of links. Click the "Forward" link.
If your email is not currently being forwarded, the "Forward to:" box should be blank. Click the "Edit" button below it. You can now enter an email address to which you wish to have your email forwarded. If you wish to forward to more than one address, separate each address with a comma.
Click the "Save" button, and your and any mail received from now on will be forwarded to the address(es) specified.
Please note the following: - When forwarding is enabled, email will only go to the address specified. A copy will not be left on your account. - Any email that is already in the account will not be forwarded. - To disable forwarding, just remove the email addresses
